Can my Magsafe charger stay plugged AND folded into the power outlet all the time?

I know that it can be stay plugged and opened, because there will be no closed circuit, so there is no power consumption. But how it depends when the Magsafe charger is plugged AND folded. Will there be a electro magnetic circuit between the phone and watch charger?

Yes, it is perfectly safe for the MagSafe charger to be plugged in and folded. MagSafe won't release any power unless it detects a phone or a watch is charging, and it is actually designed to be used both unfolded or folded.
