MacOS Mojave Internet Recovery Error -2004F

Well, I cannot open terminal because when I hold Command+R when startup, It automatically changes to Internet Recovery Mode, and it said Error -2004F when the progress bar is halfway, and I cannot do anything except for shut down and try again.

Wait the error is sometimes -2004F and sometimes -2006F, and can I use a external operating system to recover it?

Hmm, no, but there is good news. I brought my phone and used my hotspot and successfully went into internet recovery, it is now reinstalling the system.

I will try another network later because I'm currently in school.

There is a problem, I cannot choose the network because this computer is currently connected to school network, and there is no "Choose network"option when startup.
