Family sharing failed to load services

Someone posted this awhile ago. Only reply was not very helpful. In my case we already have family sharing setup, i see family members but this screen is completely locked to me, including my own id. I am not the organizer. Guessing i was added by fon# instead of email -? Foes anyone know what failed to load services really means?


i have good cell connection. Apple

iPhone 5c, iOS 10

That's not a message I recognize. I suggest:


Contact Apple. Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.


or:


Contact Apple for support and service --> "See a list of Apple phone numbers around the world."

Click here --> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
