How do I find the location of my luggage with iPhone 7?

Assuming that you’re running the 7’s current iOS (15.7) …
… you can see your AirTag’s locations within the “Items” tab using FindMy on your Trusted Devices.
Note that AirTags not near you are only “locatable” if there is another Apple device nearby to relay the AirTag’s position.
Your 7 does not have UWB so it can’t perform the really cool “direction and distance finding” you might see in some AirTag demonstrations.
