They told me to delete exchange from my phone and then re-add my acct. when I get to the screen where you select “Microsoft Exchange” I can enter my email address but the next choice is “enter manually” or “sign in” and whichever I choose it pops back one screen to where you choose what type of account. how can I clear this out or reset so that I can enter my email and then password to set up my Exchange acct again??

Adding Microsoft Exchange account to Ipad I recently upgraded my iphone from a 6S to 13. Everything moved over smoothly. However, I am now unable to access/add my Microsoft Exchange account to my Ipad Pro. I have tried the following steps Settings>Mail>Accounts>Add Account> tap Microsoft Exchange, enter email and description tap on Next then I receive a popup - Cannot Create Account An identical Exchange account already exists. I believe I took the same steps as outlined above when setting up my Exchange account on the iphone 13.

Exchange account stuck on "automatic reply" "Loading..." won't load any data I'm on an iPhone X running iOS 15.6. When I try at add my work's exchange account to the phone, it goes through the process of adding the account just fine, but it won't actually load any items (mail, calendar, etc). I tried several things to no avail: deleting the account and then adding it again; I added the account to my wife's phone (same model and iOS release) and everything went through and loaded item just fine so I know it has to be my phone specifically, I just completed a full hard reset and data wipe then reloaded the backup I made with the exchange account deleted from the phone. Still, when I add the account back I get the same problem and the "automatic reply" field says "loading...". A general google search shows that others seem to have had this problem but most of the posts are several years old and the answers are either outdated or suggest doing the things I've already tried. Does anyone else I have a possible solution to this problem!?!
