How do you find a way to correct a issue with a intrusive app that keep reacting on the right side of the Dock when my computer opens the screen?

Can you describe the intrusive behavior and the reactive behavior along with the name of the app?
In describing this behavior, it's when my computer is offline. When I turned it on and waited for a few minutes because it is slow, then when the screen comes on the Dock menu has a reaction on the right side immediately. Something is being closed or removed.
I cannot see what kind of app it is because the reaction is to fast. I don't know the name of the app, but I think it is a tracking app that is collecting my private data.
At first, it was given me a lot of problems that I had to call Apple Tech support and erased and reinstalled macOS Monterey. I also took it to an Apple store repair and paid and nothing was found. I have tried everything I think of and nothing is working.
