AirPods Pro Rattling

My AirPods Pro 1st generation are experiencing the crackling/rattling noise, but apple told me my AirPods were manufactured 6 days too late for the recall replacement. The recall was for manufacturing before October 2020 and mine were manufactured November 2020.

What should I do? I can’t handle it. You can tell there is something loose in just the right earbud. $90 seems steep to replace one earbud.
