I have cleaned most of my files on my MacBook but the Storage capacity is still big because of the macOS and system data as shown on the pic, How can I reduce them, I have tired several ways but it still nothing is working

Do some general house cleaning— remove or delete item in your home folder.
What Apple used to label "Other" is now labeled "System Data".

Try something like OmniDiskSweeper for a GUI to get a good look at itemized file size and location:

Looks about right unless the Drive has the very tiny 128 GB SSD in which case follow the advise from previous poster
