I have Apple Watch 7 running Watch OS 9 and even though I have everything active and my sleep schedule set up, my watch is not recording or showing the different sleep stages. Please help me out.

I tried everything mentioned in every online forum and none of the proposed solutions worked. The solution turned out to be to just clean the bottom of the watch where all the sensors are. Apparently the underside of the watch was so dirty that the sensors weren’t reading whatever they needed to read.

Other sleep trackers, both apps and other devices provide much more rem and deep sleep time. This very frustrating. Is there a way to find out what is at?
This guy does studies on different watches and wrist bands against an EEG. Basically the Apple Watch is the most accurate (wrist) sleep tracker in the market.

A Series 3 watch is not capable of tracking your Sleep Stages.
You will need to update to a newer watch.
