Why are some movies ( for example blade 2, taxi driver, hobbit battle of 5 armies) not in 4k but they are in 4k in USA? What is even weirder is that in Portugal (Europe) for example the first bourne movie (identity) is not in 4k but the other three movies are, but in USA all of them are. what am i missing here? Some of this movies have already been in 4k long time ago in USA itunes.

Those are decisions by the regional studio representatives (Universal Pictures, Warner Bros, Columbia Pictures, etc),
as each country or region will get its local source files as they order it.
