Screen going pink to white and screen shadow of my history in the main screen

Hi all, I am deeply saddened by the problem I am facing with macbook air m1. The screen keeps on flickering between pink to white and sometimes it is totally soft pink which makes me unable to distinguish the lines. Moreover I see shadow ghost screen. Suppose if this is the current screen where i typing my question. This same ghost screen would be shown later and it would not go off. Help me out on this what to do? Check the photo and if you see properly then you would see a word in the middle. read it.
