What is the monthly charge for ITunes? I am paying $9.99 per month and $24.99 for ITunes match which I don't remember signing up for. Do I need it?

iTunes is free.

The monthly charge of $9.99 is probably for an Apple Music subscription. It gives you access to the catalog of about 75 million tracks, but we can't answer whether you need it. If you don't want it, follow the link provided by Katana-San and cancel it.
