Apple TV logo on the middle of my tv screen

Why the Apple TV logo on Apple TV app for my smart tv does not disappear? I already subscribe to Apple One. I’m using the Megra 40” Smart TV. I’ve reinstalled it multiple times.

I’ve restarted it multiples time. It still appears as in the picture. And, thanks for your suggestion. I’ll contact the Apple Support staff
