IOS 16.0.2 issue

I have a 12Pro, since 16.02 I've woken in the morning to a dead battery on my phone. I have the apple phone/watch MagSafe charger and the watch is fully charged in the morning. I've verified the phone is correctly positioned on the MagSafe pad. Interestingly, as shown in the attached picture, the battery not only doesn't charge when on the MagSafe charging pad, but it seems to rapidly discharge!

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and since 16.0.2 my battery is charging not consistenty.

I have it on MagSafe all the time and still there are interruptions. See screenshot.

Do you guys have this as well?

Edit: I have the feeling that if I do something again on the device while it is on the MagSafe that it then comes to this interruption. But I do not know what that could be.
