children ipad not face timing
My kid is 9 year old but she can't do face time in her family sharing group. pleas help. I have updated her IPAD to iOS 15.7. With no restrictions on and with NO screen time , she can't do FaceTime calls ??

If FaceTime is not working on the iPad, and you've checked restrictions and Screen Time, here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Make sure FaceTime is available in your country or region Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone.
- Ensure the device is using its own Apple ID in Settings > [name] and Settings > FaceTime as you cannot FaceTime the same Apple ID. If not, see Create an Apple ID for your child.
- See if FaceTime is turned on and activated in Settings > FaceTime. If not follow If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime.
- If FaceTime is turned on, follow the additional steps in If you can't make or receive a FaceTime call on your iPhone or iPad.
