How do I email or message a large video?

Hi, I have a video that is 327.2 MB that I would like to share via email or message. I get an error saying it is too long. It asks if I want to select a smaller clip from the video to send... Any way to avoid this? It is my understanding to share using AirDrop the recipient devices must be nearby.

Unable to share cinematic videos iPhone 15 When trying to share cinematic videos (via whatsapp, iMessage or email) I get the following error message: ‘unable to share: there was an error while preparing to share. Please try again later.’ I’ve tried several time and still unable. I’m able to share them via airdrop though, but that’s not a solution. Anyone is able to help? Thanks, much appreciated

You can also send files up to 5GB using MailDrop. Add an email attachment in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support
