SIM card won't receive verification code from website

Hello, my dear fellows. I have a problem with my SIM. I changed it a few days ago and wanted to sign up on a website. It said that I would receive a message but I didn’t. Also, I can‘t call anybody. Bc when I do, it says call failed.
