3 SIM on the same phone

Hello, as I know I can use only 2 active SIMs at the same time. I was just wondering can I use 3 of them while keeping 2 of them active and changing one of them from the OS accordingly?

For example, if I will buy iPhone 13 international version and put 2 physical SIM and 1 eSim in it. Can I use 2 of them actively and when I will need the third one, I just go to the Settings on the phone and activate the third one instead of one of the other active 2?

I would really like to get iPhone models list where can realise it.
