Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

i have an issue on my iphone 13 where the colors go kind of washed out and gray sometimes. usually when outside in bright light. the only fix is restarting the phone. this happens at least once a day. i do not have auto brightness on or any accessibility feature on for my screen.

i have done that many times and it does not fix the issue. i have heard about other people with the same thing and nobody has found a fix
