Perfectly fine.


In fact, ANY Apple USB power adaptor (5w to 95w) can safely charge your iPhone.


Your phone contains the actual “charger” and it will only draw as much power from the adaptor as it is capable of using.


BTW, it won’t charge any faster w/ the 29w adaptor than it would a 20w adaptor.
