iPhone6s Screen Swap Home Button

So my friend asked if I could repair his iPhone 6s he had a broken screen and I had my old iPhone 6s Screen that wasn't broken so I thought why not swap the screen? I swapped them with the iPhone 6s and booted it up The touch worked but the home button didn't that was a Notification that stated the touch id couldn't be enabled too. The home button was not working so I swapped the home button out with the iPhones and the same issue does anyone know how to fix this
