I can't for the life of me figure out how to make a title/label with a line that wraps around it. I've tried using text boxes and even shapes with text inside but can't find any formatting options to help me achieve this.
I've tried many things but just can't get it. I'm trying to create a menu for my café with this style, so help is much appreciated!
Above is a screenshot of the first linked example.
Below is a similar item, constructed in Pages.
The Pages version consists of:
A rectangle shape with Fill colour set to white, border colour set to black, and weight set to 5pt.
The word 'Text' was entered into the shape. The text was selected, and alignment was set to centred horizontally and vertically.
Type size was raised to a size similar to that in the example provided.
A text box was then added to the page. Its border was set to No border, and its fill was set to white. The word 'title was entered into the box, then centred vertically and horizontally, and its type size set to match that of the same word in the example.
The text box was then moved onto the shape, and its size and position adjusted to more closely resemble the example.

With both objects selected, then the Arrange panel with Text Wrap set to None, and Group when done… 😎
