I updated my phone to the latest iOS. now when I miss a call, receive or make a call it is listed in my recents with multiple numbers. For example I miss a spam call. When I look under recents it says I’ve missed a call from the spam number and my husband and another random number. Any suggestions?

We'll need to get a better understanding of the issue. To clarify, when you view your call history are all of the numbers listed under one call entry?
If so, have you tried restarting your device to see if that helps? This may seem like a simple step but can often resolve several software related issues.
1. Press and hold the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
