I am not able to create a PDF with 4 slides per page in Keynote nor in Acrobat DC. HELP!

Current Acrobat will convert a PDF of a Keynote file to show 4 slides per page for printing, but I am not able to create a PDF at that point, so that I can share a PDF with 4 slides per page as a handout. Surely there is a process for this useful task?

You can do this direct in Keynote:

  • Open the Keynote file
  • got to File > Print
  • click to select either the Grid or Handout

  • click the blue print button and make the appropriate settings in the print driver window to print to paper.
