Problems using Tinkercad in Safari since Monterey 12.6 update.

I haven’t been able to use my Mac mini to design in Tinkercad. It works fine in my husband’s Dell computer and even in my iPad! I only get a straight line when I want to tinker with a design. I press the home button nothing. There’s no box - top, front, left, right, bottom. I do not want to install the hungry Chrome browser.

Hello Sandyeche,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Are you experiencing this behavior when using Safari on your Mac? In order to isolate this issue further, does it work as expected on other browsers like Google Chrome, or FireFox? Also, does the issue persists after restarting your Mac normally?

To get started, let's test this issue in another user account on your Mac. Here's how to create another user account: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac - Apple Support

Also, let's test in safe mode: Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

Let us know the results. Kind regards.

Safari is the problem after the Monterey update to 12.6. I’ve never use Chrome on Mac mini or iPad before because it’s very slow. Yesterday, I had to install Chrome on my Mac and of course Tinkercad works great using Chrome. I hope Apple doesn’t screw up on the next iPad update because I’ll have to use Chrome on my iPad too!
