shorcuts not syncing

Please add a way to force syncing of shortcuts! It is so bad… Best would be to integrate something like git, where I could manage pull push and merge, would be way better!

If the shortcuts already contain import questions, I can edit them. But if I remove the existing import questions, I can't add them back.
