Hi I’ve been having a problem where Screen time is showing very high usage basically impossible to reach I know I am not using my phone for that long this has been happening for more than 3 months I’ve turned Screen time on and off countless times and even reseted my settings but it didn’t work.

(2) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
(3) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
If you can import your media to Photos or iTunes in a computer and copy important documents to a cloud server it will give you some resilience in case the restore from backup fails, or you need to ditch the backup and start as new.
If the glitch is caused by some security app (usual suspect) or rogue app then you'll just restore it right back

Clear all history and website data in Settings. Safari.
Force restart the phone

in the end if it still annoys, turn Screen Time off and leave it off
The problem still persists I don’t want to outright turn off Screentime is there any other fix for this?

Okay i'm just going to turn off screen time not worth it doing a restore just for a small chance that it will fix screentime
I only ever turn it on to answer questions like this 😂
