I logged into someone elses account to verify something on instagram, now whenever I want to link a new app to my FB it shows that person's FB profile not mine, this is not related to the Facebook App at all, it only occurs in the pop up window when trying to link an app to facebook. PLEASE HELP! It's so frustrating 😩

No idea about your problem. Perhaps you were able (I don't know how or why) to log into "someone elses accounts", but you did not logged out, or this "strange maneuver" of yours has caused problems for the apps.
I don't think that your problem is related to your iPhone's malfunction, and I believe that only FB or Instagram support teams can help you about that.
