iPhone logged into incorrect FB account

If it only happens using that app, please contact FB support team about that.

No idea about your problem. Perhaps you were able (I don't know how or why) to log into "someone elses accounts", but you did not logged out, or this "strange maneuver" of yours has caused problems for the apps.

I don't think that your problem is related to your iPhone's malfunction, and I believe that only FB or Instagram support teams can help you about that.
