Outlook autocomplete not working

Hoping that someone can help me, I've been reading various articles and can't seem to find a solution.

I've recently purchased the M2 Macbook Air, which is a great machine, it's just the Outlook app that I'm struggling with atm.

I use Outlook all day and used to rely on the autocomplete feature for sending messages, however it doesn't seem to work on the Mac. Not sure if it's just me, but I can't seem to find anywhere to 'turn it on' etc.

Any help would be really appreciated.

How can I search Outlook for Mac for messages with either of two categories using raw query? Microsoft blows my mind, daily, with just how **** it is. I want to do a simple Boolean OR search for messages with either category A or category B. And it seems the lazy, overpaid idiots at Redmond could not even be bothered to include OR searches in Outlook for Mac. Instead, the user is expected to use the so called "Raw Query" feature (for which there is scant documentation — and what there is requires a computer science degree!) From what I gather — having spent the last two hours searching on Google — Outlook's 'Raw Query' cannot use category names (the human interface element I can see and READ) but instead I am supposed to use Terminal to discover the category "ID" through some complex, unfathomable to the normal user, command line hocus-pocus. All this to just make a simple OR search for messages with one or other of two categories. How exactly does Microsoft get away with this ****?! The lack of concern for the human user experience is gobsmacking! If anyone has any resources; or a plug-in; or an app; or ANYTHING that can help a simple human user just USE Outlook to manage their email, please point me to it. Please note: I am not looking to have to learn to code in order to just use Outlook. (Those Redmond idiot savants appear to only design for themselves). Thanks! p.s. My employer has FORCED us all to switch to Microsoft Outlook, after having spent the last 20 years as a happy Apple Mail user. Jesus, Outlook for Mac has no right to exist, it's just SO bad.

How to fix search issues in old outlook for MacBook Air using outlook for mac version 16.72.3. search does not work in old outlook but does in new outlook. cant stand new outlook and have tried multiple fixes with no help [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Outlook for Mac Keyboard Shortcut Stopped Working I'm using Microsoft Outlook for Mac (version 16.75.1) and macOS Monterey (version 12.6.7). The keyboard shortcut to move an email to a folder, Shift+Command+M, suddenly stopped working today. All other keyboard shortcuts still work. Each of the keys works independently. How do I fix this?
