Somehow a phone # got added to a repeating event at the top just below the address. I have OSX 12.6. It's not in my contact list for the person related to event ...it's some pharmacy phone # . When I right click on it, the menus are only referring to a link (see pic). Is there any way to remove this phone#? Or not have it appear in the event? It's not mentioned in notes at bottom of this event.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand you have an inaccurate phone number showing in a repeating event in your Calendar. Is this calendar event one you created and can edit?
If the repeating event was done by someone else and you are the invitee, the creator will need to edit the event. The number may have been inadvertently typed in as a regular number (for something else), but was recognized by the system as a phone number and changed automatically.
If you don't see the number listed, even in the Notes field or when you click on the Edit menu > Edit Event, you may need to delete the event and create a new repeating one.

Tks Soosie...I just remembered I had it inside notes below event, deleted it but it stuck at top. I was the creator, not another person also. So your suggestion worked by deleting and redoing...no more phone#. Tks.
