my iPhone and watch SE(2nd gen) , while receiving a call , the call is rung is showed only in watch when watch and phone is disconnected, and watch is removed from the wrist .
Shouldn't both be ringing given the watch is cellular model ?

even when watch is locked with passcode , the calls are received in watch rather than phone
