Ipad Pro 3rd Generation (M1 chipset) - Token Factory Iframe problem for Apps

We are getting consistent error “Do you want to download TokenFactoryiFrame?” Only on new Ipad Pro 3rd Generation (M1 chipset) 11”

We have tested using the same version of Safari as the affected devices (15.7) on other ipads but have not been able to reproduce the error.

The ‘TokenFactoryIframe’ error has been reported previously this year, specifically within Outlook web access and effecting Safari users but device dependent one looks odd .

This appears to be a known Microsoft back-end server issue.

When using Safari on your iPad, the browser user-agent can operate in one of two modes - these being Desktop or Mobile. When used in Desktop mode, the user-agent presents itself as Safari for a Mac computer. You can verify this for yourself using your Safari browser:

It’s easy to switch between Safari’s browsing modes if a website isn’t functioning correctly. From the desired web-page, touch the aA icon at the left of the Address Bar; this will reveal a menu. From the menu select Website Settings, then select (or deselect) Request Desktop Website, then tap Done. Now refresh the webpage.

The chosen setting will be saved for the selected website - and can be simply reversed if needed.
