Apple Music playing slow and at lower pitch

I am having a similar problem that I was reading about in another thread about apple music playback being slow and at a lower pitch. I noticed this happening the other day after updating my macBook Pro to Monterey 12.6

Music version 1.2.5

I'm working from home and connecting to my family shared music library.

In the previous thread they shared the music playback settings so here is what I have things set at.

see attached.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Everything is sounding weird and slightly off.

Thanks
