Date and time Text fading in Lock Screen and hard to read

Turning it on then off fixed it but it came back does anyone know how to permanently fix this?

Same thing happened to me and my phone died. When i charged it, it went back to bright date/time!

It fixed the clock issue but then my camera button and my weather widge faded.

tried changing even color change and time fades out on Lock Screen
