I don’t have access to the authentication factor number or any device which is with my iCloud account open

Hello everyone. I’m Jessica from Colombia. Yesterday my MacBook Pro was stolen. Unfortunately When I try to login they ask for an authentication code with a phone number that I don’t recognize and I don’t have. The other thing is that I don’t have access in other device to my account. When I go to the recovery center they ask me for a code that I can’t have because I don’t have this phone number. I don’t know what else to do. I can’t find my Mac, no recover my account. I have a lot of value information in there so If anyone can please help me I really appreciate.
