iCloud Email Sent to self isn't showing in inbox

Starting a couple weeks ago, when a friend emails herself, it shows in her sent items but not in her inbox. It is the same across her iPad, iPhone and web browser. I reviewed her email headers and they are addressed correctly. She is using her iCloud account. What would cause this?

Hello laracroft007,

It sounds like the emails are sending. There aren't any alerts indicating they haven't, right? Has she checked other folders in her the Mail app to see if they are being routed incorrectly? Also, have you checked to see if she has any Rules set up regarding self-to-self emails?
