If you have icloud and your hard drive is full, can you use icloud to make your hard drive usable?

iCloud is for syncing files. You cannot back up your computer to iCloud. If you have files synced to iCloud and you delete them on your computer, they will also be deleted on iCloud (and every other device you're syncing to).
The only devices that can back up to iCloud are iPhones and iPads (and iPod Touches should you still have one of those).
