I added ₹2000 to my apple id. Although it got deducted from my account via UPI, it didn’t summed up to my account in apple. Kindly do the needful.

My money got deducted from my bank account but never showed up in my apple ID.


You have another problem than OP>

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask your bank to block your card and ask a ew card.

Also report to the police.

Um, What!? Can I mark you as unhelpful somehow? If you don't know how to help or read then please refrain from commenting unnecessary things. Moreover, I wasn't even asking you anything, my question was directly to the OP which seems human unlike your robotic generic response.


I HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM AS THE OP.


I added funds to my Apple ID from the App Store "Add funds" section. The transaction was successful (I have the screenshot) but the funds never showed up in my ID.
