I Have blocked content in my MacBook Pro email again and again

I am running Montery 12.6 (although this happened on earlier versions too) and my Mac mail keeps reverting to blocking content on my mail. I have all my preference settings correct and my updates are current and I will repeatedly turn my PC off and on to try to clear this issue. But it happens again and again. I grown tired of loading content remotely to see my emails. These same emails will show with all content on my other devices. Any suggestions?

Also - Is there any way to completely stop unwanted emails on my Mac mail? I block contacts and send it to junk but it just shows up still in my inbox as a blocked sender or in my junk mailbox as a blocked sender vs not showing up at all. Help me stop these nuisance mails!

Thank you.

Give this a try: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac, reboot normally and test.

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 3 - 5 minutes as it's doing the following;

• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed

• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)

• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically

• Disables user-installed fonts

• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files
