Is there a current working solution from Apple for Apple Music use in business? I've tried the App of the same name and the URL to register is a dead end. Search results are 2019 or older.
As far as I am aware Apple Music is a consumer only product. Apparently PlayNetwork was bought by TouchTunes, and then sold on to Mood Media, who it looks might have similar products to the app you were looking at.

Mood has been on a buying spree over the years. Pandora does have a business use license. Many taverns and restaurants use it. Perhaps Apple has decided that this is not a space they want to focus on.
Were they ever in it? The original Apple Music for Business app seems to have been a third party product from PlayNetwork, cashing in on the Apple Music brand. Of course I could be wrong, not my area of expertise at all.
