how can I enable an old Iphone that is disabled without itunes
my old IPhone is showing disabled and I need it to be enable to allow a different carrier. Verizon was unable to help with this

If the phone is disabled, it must be erased using either a PC with Windows or Mac with Catalina or higher. If you don't have a computer to do this, borrow a friends computer or visit an Apple Store.
