Can't see the music on my iPhone 14 pro in itunes

When I'm in itunes I see music in my library but no music on my device. Although I have well over a thousand songs on the iphone. When i sync it nothing changes. Now, i have subscribed to apple music, did this cause a change or what can I do? I have over ten thousand songs on my PC which I want to put on my iphone.

Greetings sandmage,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like the iPhone is not seeing Apple Music songs. We would recommend you use this article to help troubleshoot the issue.

  1. "Go to Settings > Music.
  2. Turn on Sync Library. If you don't subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, you won’t see an option to turn on Sync Library."
