1st degree burn from Apple Watch 7

Got my first Apple Watch and after 2-3 weeks I was getting burns from my watch that took a month to heal. What is up with Apple Watch batteries!

Are you sure it was not an allergic reaction to the watch and not a burn?

An allergic reaction can take time but burning would happen very fast.
