Was wondering if anyone knew what the blue chat bubble refers to while in route to a destination. Tapping on it does nothing and no information ever appears on it. As it looks similar to the “fastest route” pop-up with no text.
Never noticed it before iOS 16, and tapping on it doesn’t do anything. Just curious if it means anything or if just a bug.

It may be that an issue has been reported on that route by another user. If you have your route and click on the triangle as shown there in your screenshot, you'll see Report an Incident.
