I thought i was the only one. I uograded from 11 pro to 14 pro 48 hours ago and its been ****. I am nauseated with dizziness and migraine which gets better as soon as I use 11 pro for a while.

You are not alone. I keep using iPhone 11 just for these reason. Waiting till apple solves the issue. Even chinese manufacturers did it!

I would wait and try an iPhone 15 model in-store.

There's no reason to believe Apple won't continue to use PWM dimming, the same as most every other phone manufacturer.

That’s a great idea. Wait till they are in store, play around with one in store for more than 15 minutes and see what happens.

Oh wow i also get migraines from the reflection/glare from the shiny screen. I have been looking for a matte screen protector in my country but i can’t seem to find it anywhere:(

iPhone SE 3rd Gen, released in 2022, has a LCD screen. It is the last SE LCD screen Apple is planning to make. I returned an iPhone 14 because I was getting

headaches when I used the phone display.

Did the issue got resolved? How did you overcome that situation? Can you advise?

The displays are what they are.

If for some reason you are sensitive to PWM, you will have to see if you can find a different device with screen characteristics that do not bother you.

Same issue with iPhone 15 Plus, 5 minutes looking at the screen and here you go with heavy eye strain. The solution here is to buy phones with IPS screens which don't use PWM.
