How to fix this question mark problem

So I upgraded to the iPhone 14 yesterday and ever since I plugged it into my MacBook Pro, there is this question mark. My MacBook needed to update and so I did that because I thought that was the issue and it is still there, how do I fix this because both of my devices are up to date.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6

Try a safeboot to clear cache files— then reboot to test. This is an icon belonging to the system, a simple glitch.
