Hey Zaffire,

The following steps can help if you’re having issues with just one AirPod:

1. Check the microphone and speaker mesh on each AirPod.
2. If you see any debris, clean your AirPods using the guidelines in this article, and see if that fixes the issue.
3. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Balance, and make sure that the balance is set in the middle.

Take care.

Hey here Zaffire,

We'd like to help rule out some possible causes, along with better understanding what's happening:

  1. You mentioned that someone isn't able to be heard during a call while using the left side of your AirPods, but any issues while using the right side?
  2. Does the left side mic work in other apps/features besides making phone calls, like using Siri for example?
  3. We see the article above your post shows how to reset your AirPods, but have you already tried that yet? Here's the link again just in case: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro
  4. With which model are you pairing your AirPods, and what's the exact OS version number installed on it?
  5. Have you tested restarting the device you're pairing with your AirPods, or even tested pairing your AirPods with a different device?

Cheers!
