What is Citrix?

I've been asked to install Citrix? What is this and should it be removed?

Citrix Workspace is used by some businesses.

It’s a way to allow controlled network remote accessibility to business apps and business data, and to control the client devices.

It’s very seldom found on or installed on home systems, except those also used for business purposes.

As mentioned above, check with whoever requested it be installed.

If you have recently purchased this Mac, wipe it and reload macOS.
