Frozen " Allow, Don't Allow" on my Screen

HI, last night I got a pop up for the "Home" app, asking for the usual Allow or Don't Allow pop up. After it came up, it would not go away. The pop up is still on my phone. My phone turns on and off but I cannot press anything on my screen. Everytime I press allow or don't allow, nothing happens. Last night, my phone was on 65% and its only on 59% battery, so I can't wait for it to die because I kinda need my phone lol. I can't even slide the power off button to restart my phone. Has anyone experienced this, and how did you resolve it?

Try doing a forced restart. Tap the Volume Up and then the Volume Down buttons in quick succession and then hold the Lock button down until the "Slide to turn off" message comes and goes and until you see the Apple logo in the center of the screen. You can then release the Lock button and the phone will boot up. Good luck.

p.s. Don't press the "Allow" button unless you are certain that you are the person who created the need for it to appear.
